  • Orders may be returned/exchanged up to 30 days after your order ships. We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging.

    Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

    Our processing time for returns is 10-15 days from the day package it was delivered to us. Once processed, you will receive an email notification and your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make your purchase within 5-10 days depending on your banking institution.

  • We ship worldwide, please allow 10-20 business days for delivery depending on your location. Delivery is made within 10 business days from the date of consignment dispatch for the territory of Europe, or 15-20 business das for other parts of the world. Customer will be provided with the tracking number, so he can “track and trace” his order anytime he likes. For tracking, please follow the link. Purchases with more than one product may be shipped in separate boxes. In that case separate delivery notification emails with the tracking number for each parcel will be sent.

    Alle’Marie shall not be liable for any fees that may arise as a result of customs and tax regulations in the country of destination. Please check the customs and tax regulations in the country where you receive the shipment before ordering.

    From the moment of taking over of the shipment by the courier service, full responsibility is assumed by the delivery service, and the Seller shall be exempt from liability related to possible delayed shipments, the time of shipment delivery, and damage to the shipments occurred during transport.

  • A'M team will send you confirmation email with all the details, as soon as the purchase has been shipped. That will allow you to track the status of your shipment on the indicated website.
